Zachary Cook d/b/a Helpful Housing Solutions ("Helpful Housing Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides general information, free consultations, and referrals to help homeowners and heirs navigate inherited property and foreclosure situations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, book a consultation, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

• Analytics information: usage and interaction data collected through analytics providers such as Google Analytics.
• Information from third parties: information referral partners, service providers, or publicly available sources may provide to us in connection with the Services.
